WhoWas Aloft_ The Chamber of Commerce midday luncheon this noon was addressed chiefy by Edgar Myers, who was attached to the balloon division of aerial work in the war, and who told, with uncommon clearness and charm, how the enemy could be seen from a balloon, and how the progress of battles went on as if the whple spectacle had been reduced to the play of a checker board. It was among the most pleasing of the luncheons thus far held. Albert Wiegel, Assistant Secretary of the Indianapolis Chamber of Commerce, was present and spoke briefly and very entertainingly. lt;*► -
