Tubbs Directed to Report at St. Louis With Local Reserves.EXPECTS TO TAKE ABOUT 65 MENMembers of (he Division Preparing to Take Part in Kscrciacs at Bloomington.Orders have been received by Lieut. F. L, Tubbs, commanding the local division of the Second ship's crew 01 the N. M. I., to report at St. Louis, together with the other divisions, April '-t* to take part in the dedicatory ceremonies at the world's fair grounds. Transportation has been sent and Lieut. Tubbs expects to take out 65 men. The men have been ordered to report each evening for clriII till the time of departure, and there \\ill be special drills Sunday.The trip to St. Louis will necessitate the postponement of the military drama that the members of the local division were to have put on at the Illinois next Wednesday evening.Take Part lu State CampA portion of Lieut. Tubbs’ command is getting ready to partieipate in the encampment » f the Spnnisli-Anierirnn War Veterans at Bloomington in the early part of June. The entlass team will give an exhibition drill as will the crew that mans the Hotchkiss gun and a squad that has attained specvnl proficiency in the revolver drill.
