FORREST C. WHEAT, radioman, son of Mrs. Marie Wheat, 928 N. 9th St., is home on 21 days leave from the USS Floyd B. Parks, which is home ported at San Diego, Calif. Forre t has been on two tours aboard ship which operated off the coast of Vietnam. Forrest attended Gerst-meyer High School. He enlisted into the U. S. Navy in January, 15)64, and after basic training attended radioman's school for 20 weeks at San Diego.
