Indian Burial Ground Is Unearthed By Diggers Near KielWhat may prove to be an extensive Indian burial ground, located a few miles south of Kiel, on the Wm. Kraeiner, Jr., farm, is being investigated .by the Milwaukee museum. When excavating for a road the steam shovel turned up several bones, Indian arrow heads and axes were also found. The reason given tor the Indians’ inhabitation of that section in thr* long years ago was that the marsh land was a feeding ground for ducks and geese.Further digging operations will be undertaken.
