LEARNS HER NEPHEW WAS AMONG WOUNDEDThat Pvt. B. R. Truax, nephew of County Superintendent Jennie Ward, was wounded and gaBaed in an engagement last fall at Chateau-Thier-ry,, has just been learned by the young man’s aunt.The young man makes a casual reference to - hia injuries in a letter which he wrote to Miss Ward. He was in a hospital for eight weekB and is not yet fully recovered from the effects of the gas.This is the first information Pvt. Truax’s relatives have had of hia in-juries. .
