in Bosnia-Herzegovina, a republic of the former Yugoslavia.The deployed soldiers are assigned to the 2nd Battalion, 14th Infantry Regiment, 10th Mountain Division (Light Infantry), stationed at Fort Drum, Watertown, N.Y.The infantrymen joined 180 engineers from the 10th Mountain Division currently serving in the operation, bringing the total to almost 700 division soldiers serving in Bosnia.In the Bosnian theater of operations, the infantrymen provided security, reconnaissance and air assault missions.The sergeant, a platoon sergeant, is the son of Charles J. Overberger of Eastlake, Ohio, and Sandra Park of Canyon Lake. His wife, Karin, resides in Theresa, N.Y.
