iJury HandedTISlaying CasetBAY SPRINGS. Miss. - At a preliminary hearing in justice of peace court Wednesday morning. James Hayes was bound over to the grand jury to await action on a charge of murder in connection with the fatal shooting of Deputy Sheriff Buford Bunch. 55. of Montrose.The slaying occurred Saturday around 4 p.m. when Bunch and another deputy, Henry Odum went to the Hayes home with a search warrant to look for bootleg whiskv and moonshine.
