Jewish Soldiers To Be EntertainedGreat Betid—In observance of the Jewish Passover, Mr. and Mrs. Harry Feldman will entertain np-■ proximntely 50 soldiers of the Great Bend air base, of Jewish faith at a dinner on Monday, in the Congregational church.Their guests will Include officers and men, and their wives. Monday is the anniversary of this ancient Jewish feast, commemorating the night told about in Exodus 10:12, when the Lord “smiting the first born of the Egyptians passed over the houses of the Children of Israel.”Feldman, owner of a salvage plant here, is a native of Poland, as is also his wife. He came to the United Stales in 1914 and was followed in 1921 by his wife and txyo children born in the “old'1 country, Theresa, now Mrs. Jack Shear, of Hutchinson, her husband connected with -Che Midwest Iron Mela! Co. of Hutchinson, and Maurice, in business at Lebo. Another1, daughter, Ann, student in high school here was born here.
