It was taken -from the court house by Samuel Kelker, of this cfly, who vet survives, assisted by C. W. ’Fairfield. Benjamin. Cramer, Tuny. Dushm, Joseph Kickley, Ed Smith and Wrieh Fitzsimmons! These men assisted Mr. Kelker Into the' belfry, where hecllmbed up the ladder to the Hag rope .and brought it down and save it to Col. Melroy.
