Returned Seaman Gets Billfold BackMINOT, N. D —(Pi—Homy Sibley. 19, of Walhalla, back from 17 months' duty as a fireman, second class, aboard a destroy** in the Pacific, had his lost billfold back today.Sibley, who discovered the loss of his billfold Tuesday while en route from Bismarck to Minot by bus, read a newspaper report here Wednesday that Miss Catherine Meagher of Mo-hall had found it and was holding it for him.He went to Mohall and reclaimed the billfold, which contaihed his travel .papers, money and other valuables,Miss Meagher had reported finding it near the Jamestown bus depot, but Sibley said he has not been in Jamestown since his return from overseas, and assumed it was the depot in Bismarck near which it was found.
