Former Pulaski County Citizen Dies Feed Topp was born in GermanyOct. 10, 1842, diecjl ; i%March'SB, 1908, aged 6F yeX'fiC months and 16 days. Mr. Topp was a veteran of the Franco-Prus-sian war, having served with honor his native land in that memorable conflict. He was married in Germany and in 1876 he with his family came to the Umted States locating in Jasper county where he resided for several years, then moved to Pulaski county and in 1896 moved to Monon where hecontinued to reside until his death, lie had been twice married, to his first union six children were born, three dying when small and three surviving—Jettie Leach and Minnie Sigier, who reside here, and Sophia Seidle, of Rensselaer. To the second union were born eleven children, eight dying in infancy and three children living—Mrs. Lena Wallace and Frank and Will Topp. of Monon. He leaves two brothers, one living in Frances-ville and one in Michigan, two sisters, one in Germany and one, Mrs. Gas Miller, in Monon.
