E are doing finely.”He says they receive good care and that Miss Dix is there and has charge of the Hospital. He seems to have an excellent opinion of her, as no doubt he well may, and says “she keeps things all right in her department/’ He adds, “I think Ohio is a little behind the times now. Pennsylvania and Indiana hare both had men here and hate taken their wounded home (such as could be moved) but not a word fromthe Governor of Ohio—and the boys feeiit too. What is the reason?”He says the *th regiment is to be newly equipped aud armed and thinks the 8th has got the best Colonel in the service Evidently,Wetherell will be all ready for another fight assoou as he gets out of Hospital, for he still gloats over the idea as to how the Western boys “made the rebels get up and travel.’’The flew South.
