The Office M Research Analyses, located at Holloman, is one ot the 10 subordinate unit' under his comma.id at the present time.While serving as AFMDC commander, Gen Kiley also was responsible for all Air Force .tivities associated with White Sands MissileRange.In May. 19t7, New Mexico State University conferred the honorary degree ot Doctor of Laws on Gen. Kiley.wAlthough he is retiring from active military service. (?en. Kilev s family will still carry onr w wa military tradition. His son, Michael, is a lieutenant in the Air Force and is currently assigned as a pilot m Japan. His daughter. Karen, wasmarried this past year to ('apt Kenneth Hardy, who was the information officer at AFMDC prior to going on inactive duty in a reserve status. They now reside m Santa Fe.
