Howell, after recently re-cn-listlng for six more years aboard the anti-submarine warfare support aircraft carrier CSS Bennington. Benningtofi Is currently undergoing overhaul at Long Beach, Calif., in perpa-ration for deployment in tlic Western Pacific this fall.
