The captain is serving his 12th year in the U.S. Air Force, now -stationed at Norton Air Force Base, and he and his wife, June, with their two children, Jimmy and ’ Joanne, are living in San Bernardino . - . Th» captain’s promotion from a fir.* lieutenancy came on April 1, he informed his parents, and his first reaction to the news was that someone was playing an April Fool's joke He later found it to be authentic, however . . . He's a personnel officer at Norton.
