GORDON (SON) HOWARD S 2-cwas recently named honor man of hLs recruit company at Camp Hill, Farragut, Idaho, one of the five training areas at the U. S. Naval Training Station. The honor was given to Howard on the basis of hLs proficiency in all phases of recruit training. He has been acting as master-at-arms of his company. He hopes to become a motor machinist’s mate. HLs wife and son live in Nocona. His mother is Mrs. A. P. Howard. He left Tuesday after spending a 15-day leave here.Named Honor Man
