Mosquito Control Project Planned For Army AreasJackson, April 1°—(JP)—A mosquito control project is being planned by the state board of health to protect 150,000 men in the armed services and war industries from possibility of malaria, Sanitary Engineer H. A. Kroeze reported. It will include drainage or spraying of waters within a mile area of Keesler Field, the Ingalls Shipbuilding yard, the US Army Recreation - Area at Gulfport, Camp Shelby, the Jackson Air Base, Mississippi Ordnance Plant, Meridian Air Base, Mississippi Institute or Aeronautics, Greenville Air Corps training School, and Kaye Field near Columbus.
