Executive Posts at Biggs Field AnnouncedMaj. Warren L. Johnson of Ladd, III., has been appointed director of training at Biggs Field, and Capt Linn K Wilde Jr., of Fonda, Iowa, has been named air inspector. Col. Troy W. Crawford, base commander. announced.Major Johnson succeeds Lieut Col. Andrew J. Kinney and Captain Wilde replaces Lieut. Col. Isaac J. Haviland. Colonel Kinney and Colonel Haviland have been given assignments at other stations.Major Rufus H. Holloway of Corscicana was appointed assistant director of training.All are pliots.
