All citizens areiifurged to clean their premises and pile the debris in the alley where it uan be gathered up Monday morning bv the city wagons.Clearing skies and a cool north wind yesterday evening presaged a lino duy for the initial cleaning operations today. The warm sunshine yesterday dried up the mud in the alleys and the wet yurds so that it , j will be possible to rake up the trash11 and debris.William Ash, street commissioner, wants fifty teams and as many men to report eurlv Monday morning. The f | teams will be kept at work all day and if the alleys are not all cleaned Monday they will continue on the job until all the trash piles have been 11 hauled from the city. It is the intention of the committee of ladies from the Century club to insist on a thorough job of cleaning this year. Some good work was done last year in spite of a had rain storm, but the ladles declare that twice as much must be accomplished this year.1 j Property owners should bear in * j mind that tin cans, manure, ashes must he placed In separate piles. Manure and largo limbs from trees will not be removed by the city. The trash must be piled In the allev where it can he loaded into the wagons.
