Wisconsin, and are issued under a trust agreement with the Oshkosh Savings and Trust Company, under which they are secured by a deposit of $143,456.00 face value of secured notes of corporations of first class credit, maturing in more than sufficient amounts to liquidate the bonds as they mature.The Barnes Construction Company was organized in 1913‘for the purpose of in«tnUfyg automatic sprinkler systems, the same to be paid for in yearly installments. Mr, W. G. Maxcy is President, and Mr. Hugh W. Clayton Is Secretary of the Company.4This is the seventh series of bonds issued by this Company. The first five series aggregating $410,000, have all been paid at or before maturity, about 15'T having been called for payment.The collateral pledged in payment of the series “G” notes, amounting to $143,456.00, consisting of contracts anti notes given the Barnes Construction Company in payment of work done by them, is secured by a first lien on the sprinkler equipment a nd a lien on the property in which it has been installed, or are endorsed by individuals who are considered responsible. Of the above notes $114,466.00 are secured by a lien on equipment, land and buildings; $29,010 by a lien on equipment and endorsement.
