Quincy—Albert Cashier, the little woman who fought through the Civil war disguised as a man and who kept her identity secret until last summer, was adjudged insane add will be taken to an asylum. She has been unbalanced mentally for several years. She was born in Ireland in 1841 and, disguised as a boy, came to America aa a tramp. She entered the army under the command of General Grant and fought In some of the leading battles. Including Vicksburg and Mobile. Her sex was discovered last summer when a surgeon was treating her.
