Airman Loses IrArm In Mishap jLIMESTONE (AP) — A 21- ] year-old Air Force jet engine 1 repairman lost an arm Tuesday when he was partly pulled into an engine in which he was working, according to Loring ; Air Force Base officials.Airman 2.C Albert Raymond underwent surgery at the base hospital and was slated to.be flown to Chelsea Naval Hospital at Chelsea, Mass., when his condition permitted.A base spokesman said the engine was running at about 90 per cent power, and the acci-■ dent occurred as Raymond sought to adjust a fuel control valve. The engine was one of1 four on a KC135 stratotanker,■ and Raymond was performing i routine maintenance.The airman is the son of Mr.and Mrs, Lloyd Raymond of■ Bristol, Conn.
