Relatives From District Attend NuptialsMiss Yvonnp Lee Ottenberg, daughter of Mr, and Mrs. Donald Ottenberg of 666 North Schenley Ave., Youngstown, Ohio, became ‘he bride of Walter Turner Karr, son of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Karr of Lauderdale Ave.. Youngstown, at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, September 19.The double ring wedding ceremony was solemnized in St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Youngstown, by the Rev. i George Neiman, pastor.Vocalists for the nuptials were Mrs. Richard Smith and William Theis.The bride, a granddaughter of Airs Gus Ottenberg of 411 Market St., Scottdale, wore for her wedding a floor-length gown of white silk organza, highlighted with Swiss embroidery. Her headdress was a queen's crown, to which was attached i a bouffant veil of illusion. She I carried a cascade bouquet of white carnations, pompons, stepbanotis and ivy- . , .Mrs. Paul Hassell, sister of the bridegroom, was the matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Mrs. Richard Ottenberg, sister-in-law of the bride, and Marsha Ottenberg, sister of the bride._They were attired in identi-cally-styled sheath gowns of taffeta with embroidered overskirts, Mrs. Hassell wearing gold, and the bridesmaids wearing emerald green. Their headdresses were Dior bows matching their respective gowns. The honor matron carried a cascade arrangement of bronze chrysanthemums, yellow andbronze pompons and ivy. Yellow chrysanthemums were carried by the bridesmaids.Serving as the best man was Howard Karr, brother of the bridegroom. Ushering were Richard Ottenberg. brother of the bride, and Paul Hassell.The couple has returned from a honeymoon in New York and the World’s Fair and now reside at 348 East Judson Ave., Youngstown.The bride attended the Youngstown University and is now employed «a a payroll clerk by the Moy«r Company,for protection irom me mower and (maybe a few wild animals.) I have found that flowers are safest where the mower doesn't go, (mostly right around the foundation of the house.) These flower beds are getting full, so I’ll have to find another safe place. There are no safe spots around my house for shoofiy pie, no matter where I hide it, someone noses around and locates it. Then they all pester until I cut it. Add remainder of crumbs on top and sprinkle with % tsp. cinnamon. Bake in oven 400 F. for 15 minutes then reduce heat to 350 F. for 30 minutes.
