Hoover Estate— Circuit Court Proceedings.Kathlene Warren has brought suit for a divorce from George W. Warren. They were married January 27, 1909, and soon after marriage the defendant procured one of his sons to file a complaint in the Montgomery Be Circuit Court, asking that he be an adjudged a person of unsound mind, lt;for the purpose of having a guardian erf appointed and that a suit might be rei brought on the part of such guardian to annul the marriage of the defend- ge ant and plaintiff. This is alleged in dii the complaint The defendant, it is j alleged, stated that he could go to a Tr sanitarium at Indianapolis and soon tui thereafter ask to have the guardian tin removed, when he would be at liberty to remarry Mattie Utterback, his di- Cai vorced wife. He accused her of having too ag intimate a friendship with other men fr£ whom she knew and would frequent- ap ly embarrass her by the use of lascivious and filthy language in the tri presence of her relatives and friends. pa He is alleged to have cursed her ] and on account of his brutal and be carnal nature the defendant could not tit: live in the same room with him part till of the time. She separated from the defendant in this city on Sept.22, 1910, unable to live with him any longer. He is said to be possessed of personal and real estate property aggregating $25,000.
