Sherry and Ricky RasmussenRasmussen-GriffinThe wedding of Sherry Leigh Griffin, Argonne, and Ricky James Rasmussen, Gillett, took place Saturday, Sept. 6, 1986, at St. John’s Lutheran Church, Gillett. The Rev. Floyd Grothman officiated at the 3 p.m. ceremony for the daughter of Donald and Alice Griffin, 8626 20th Ave., and the son of Lyle and Mary Rasmussen, Argonne.Cindy Dobbs, sister of the bride, and Mark Rasmussen, brother of the groom, headed the wedding party which also included sister of the bride VickyGriffin and Bryon Temple. Christina Griffin, daughter of the bride, was the flower girl. The ushers were Todd Christensen and Glen Hudson.The reception was at Patenaudes, Gillett.The bride graduated from Tremper High School and is self employed in an upholstery business. The groom graduated from Gillett High School. Gillett. and is employed by the Carver Boat Factory, Gillett, where they are residing.
