John E Chrisinger.Mrs. Evelyn Ecklund, aunt of the groom, was the soloist and the organist was Mrs. Roger iNelson.Cheryl Voyna served as matron of honor and Linda Maschino was bridesmaid The groom was attended by Harold Humphreys as best man and the groom’s brother. Eric Chrisinger, was groomsman. Brad Logan and Steve Norder served as ushers.Given in marriage by her mother and father and escorted to the altar by her father the bride wore a gown made by her mother, of silk bridal organza over satin and venice lace and pearls Her veil of illusion fell into a chapel length train from a Juliet lace cap trimmed in pearls The bride wore diamond earrings, a gift from the groom. She carried a cascade bouquet of pink roses and white baby’s breathThe bride’s attendants wore dresses of pink and orchid print over crepe which they made themselves. Their matching shoulder length veils of pink, hung from a flat bow headpiece Each carried a nosegay of pink and lavendar carnationsFollowing the ceremony a reception was held in the Fellowship Hall. Assisting at the reception were Mrs. Lyle McCargar of Boone; Mrs. FredEvans of Des Moines sister-in-law of the bride; Candy Chrisinger of Winfield, sister of the groom; Mrs Hazel Greene of Winfield, grandmother of the groom; and Mrs Katie Windley of Norfolk .Va grandmother of the bride Prior to the wedding rehearsal Friday evening the groom’s mother, entertained the wedding party at a buffet dinner in her home.The bride graduated from Boone High School and attended Iowa State University, Ames, and Mount Mercy College in Cedar Rapids She is employed at Iowa State University.The groom, a graduate of Winfield-Mt Union High School, is a senior at Iowa StateUniversity.They are making their homein Ames
