Peterson - Brokaw Nuptials at RantoulMiss Gwendolyn Jean Peterson, daughter of Master Sergeant and Mrs. Jack W. Peterson, Rantoul, and James E. Brokaw, son of Mr. and Mrs. Orville Brokaw were united in marriage Sunday, Sept, 9, at Chanute Air Force Base.Major J M Bradbury, USAF Chaplain performed the single ring ceremony at 3 p m at Chapel 3. Chanute AFB Staff Sergeant Jack | Strickland was organist.The bride was given in marriage by her father and had Miss Brenda Walker. Rantoul, as maid of honor.John Brokaw, Oregon, 111., was best man for his brother and ushers were Airman James Plutino, Rantoul, and David Brokaw, Tis-kilwaDinner for 150 guests was served at Chandelle C. O. Club following the ceremony.Mrs. Brokaw was born in Honolulu and attended schools in Hawaii. Texas, Kansas, California and Illinois.Mr. Brokaw graduated from the Tiskllwa high school and* served four years in the Air Force, spending one year in Alaska. Since returning from Alaska he had been stationed at Rantoul. /They will reside on the Ben Nordstrom farm where he will be employed
