Lentz-McComas.The marriage of Harry J. Lentz, of Urbana, Ind., and Miss Elizabeth, the youngest daughter of Mrs. Margarette McComas, of this city, was solemnized at St. Joseph’s church in this city at 6 o’clock Wednesday morning, by Father Shea. Only the immediate relatives, the members of the Girls’ Sewing club and the regular attendants at early mass were present, the event not being generally known. The young people were not to have been married until late in October, but being in the employ of the Big Four at Danville, he was moved to the agency of the Ogden, 111. office, and this made necessary thechange in the young people’s plans, to an earlier date. The ceremony consisted of the usual church ritualistic service and was a pretty one, the bride being attired in a brown broadcloth suit and bat to match, while the groom Wore the conventional black. Following the ceremony the wedding breakfast was served at the home of the bride, and the couple left by the noon train for the groom’s home in Urbana, where they will remain a week and then go to Ogden, 111., their future home. Both young people have a host of friends wherever known, Mrs. Lentz being one of Covington’s best young lad.es, a graduate of our city schools and a teacher of recognized ability. The best wishes of their many friends follow them wherever they may go.
