The second wedding service for the day was celebrated at the residence of the mother of the bride, Mrs M. Scar* lett, 375 High street, at 8 o'clock, sharp. The bridegroom was Frank L Holmes, one of the best barbers in the city, and employed by F. D. Miller, West Main street. The bride, Miss Albertha Scar* lett, is a most worthy youof lady, and the niece of Chester Scarlett. Their immediate relatives only were witnesses of the ceremony. EleguQt refreshments were served at 9 o'clock, to which Tn Skhtinel reporter did ample justice. Mr. and Mrs. Holmes will make their home at 19 Elm strfeet the first of the coming week.
