Elma Kiser Wed To Thomas SloanElma Kiser became the bride of Thomas Sloan in a ^ o'clock ceremony, Saturday, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Kalispell. Harold Tolley, president of the Columbia Falls branch, performed the single ring ceremony.The bride wore a white satin wedding gown, with yoke and sleeves of lace, and fingertip veil. She carried a bouquet of pink and white roses. Attending her were Martha Sloan, West Glacier, the grooms sister; and Mrs. Phillip Kiser, Evergreen, a sister-in-law. Miss Sloan wore a pale green net and lace gown. Her flowers were yellow and bronze chrysanthemums with yellow ribbon. Mrs. Kiser's gown was of pale blue net. The color scheme was carried out in her flowers, which were yellow chrysanthemums with blue net. Robert and Lowell Kiser, the bride’s brothers, attended the groom. Ushers were Lewis Robinson, Columbia Falls, and Francis Guest, Kalispell.“Oh Promise Me,” “Because,” and “The Wedding Prayer,” were sung by A1 Carter, Columbia Falls. He was accompanied by Mrs. Margaret Battin. Mrs. LeRoy Dickson, tvalispell, played the wedding march and prelude music. Church decorations were pink, white and ?ream gladiolus.The bride's mother chose a dress :f deep purple crepe for her daughter's wedding. The groom's mother wore a black afternoon dress.
