MARRIAGE OF A FORMER NOR-WAlLK YOUNG LADY.From the Toledo Times.Dainty simplicity marked the wedding of Miss Alice Bertine Cass and Mr. William J. Hartnett, which took place Tuesday morning at 9 o’clock at Immaculate Conception church. At the appointed hours the young couple, to the melodious rythm 6f a wedding march played by Professor Dehof, en-J tered the church and immediately took their places before Rev. Father Chev-reaux, who pronounced the impressive words that united the two young people for life, using the impressive Catholic ring ceremony. The full choir was in attendance and sang very beautifully ' Millard’s Mass, Prof. Dehof singing a j solo, “The Ave Maria,” in a most ( charming manner. The bride’s gown was a handsome creation of white silk crepe and lace, with trimmings of chiffon, and a large ribbon sash. She carried a large bouquet of white Bride roses and wore a tiny bunch of the same fragrant flowers in her hair. After the ceremony at the church a wedding breakfast was served at the bride’s home on Bank street, which was attended only by the immediate relatives and friends.The parlors were decorated with white asters and the dining room was in pink and white, large bouquets of carnations adorning the tables. A large number of beautiful and useful presents were received. After a short wedding trip Mr. and Mrs. Hartnett will be at home after October 10 at 716 Oak street. Among the guests were Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Bemis; Dr. Dan Hartnett, Mrs. C. Hartnett and family, Mr. and Mrs. John Halpin and family, Mr. and Mrs. C. Bemis, Mr. and Mrs. James Cass, Mrs. T. O’Connor, Mr. and Mrs. Dan Leahy, Mr. and Mrs. W. Dowd, Mrs. Bayley, Mr. Frank Cass, Mr. John Cass, Miss Anna Cass, Miss Rose Dowd, Miss Catherine Bell, Miss Mae Dunn, Miss Elizabeth Beck, Miss F. Chevraux, Miss Helen O’Connor, Miss Celia Fay, Miss Mayme Higgins, Miss Anna Coe, Miss Alice Dowd, Miss Mary Hartnett, Miss Josephine Me* Nary, Miss Mattie Hartnett and Miss Nora Hartnett.The bride formerly lived in Norwalk and has many friends here who will wish her much joy in her married life.
