GRANBY (Special) — The Naz-aronc Church of Granby was the scene of an impressive informal \ye‘cidiiiM at 2:30 p. in. September 23, vvlien Miss Wilma Davison, daughter of Mr. and .Mrs. L. R. Davison, Granby, became the bride of Clymotb Madewell, son of Mrs. Florence Madewell, Lamar, Ark.The single ring ceremony was performed by the Rev. C. B. McCall, pastor of the Nazarene church.Mrs. Tola Darnell, pianist, played traditional wedding music preceding the wedding ceremony.The bride fashioned and finished her wedding dress of I1 tie rayon taffeta, with smalj piiffcd sleeves and tiny rhinestone buttons adorned the front of the bodice from the small peter pan collar to the pointed waistline. She wore a small white hat with a white tulle veil attached with a row of forget-me-nots and a corsage of red rosebuds.Mrs. Grover Akehurst, Neosho, sister of bride, was matron of honor. She wore a street dress of pastel yellow and a corsage of white carnations.Jack Davison, brother of the bride, was best man.iiMrs. Davison chose for her daughters wedding a yellow, and black printed silk dress.Mrs. Madewell is a twin sister to Bill Davison who at present is residing in Newton, Iowa. She is a graduate of the Granby high school.Mr. Madewell is pastor of the Pinny Nazarene Church and is employed at the Ozark Hardwood Manufacturing Company. They leftimmediately following the ceremony for Lamar, Ark., where they will make their home.A shower honoring the couple was hold in the home of Rev. and Mrs. C. B. McCall of Wednesday evening with approximately 50 guests attending. Many useful gifts were presented to the hon-orces and refreshments were served following the opening of the gifts.
