The maid of honor and bridesmaid were attired in pink and gold changeable taffeta and carried bouquets of pink roses and babybreath. The little flower girl’s frock was of pale blue taffeta.A reception was held following the ceremony at the home of the bride’s uncle and aunt, Mr. and Mrs. E. Yanke, where a wedding dinner was served to thirty guests. The waitresses were Misses Edna Stolper, Emma Held and Mabel Daux. Decorations in the home ■were carried out in pink and v.-Mte crepe paper and a profusion of cut flowers.The bride is a popular young lady of Batavia, She was employed for ten yea..; at the Wangenn and Schwenzin company store and for the past, three years was a saleslady at one of the Schuster tores in Milwaukee. The groom is employed at office work in Milwaukee.Mr. and Mrs. Wend land left for a honeymoon trip by motor, expecting to visit places of interest in the state and after November 1 will be at home to their many friends in Milwaukee.Those from away who attended tho wedding were: Mrs. J, Ruenzel of Wausau; Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Wend land and daughter, Ituth, o! Wauwatosa; Mrs. Anna Wend land, of Milwaukee; Wijfrer Weudland, of South Rend, Infl., and Elmer Milbrath, of Milwaukee.
