Core-LoetiMiss Maude Core and Mr. Carl J. Loetz of Laporte, Ind., were quietly married at Toledo at 9:30 this morning, by Rev. Shupp. Although Miss Core made no secret of her approach ing marriage, the exact date was not known, and her many friends will be surprised to learn of the clever way in which she stole a march on them. Miss Maude, the elder daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Core, was for four years the popular society editor of the Cresc|ift-News during -which time she made many warm friends. The young people at present are enjoying a pleasant wedding journey after wrhich they will reside at Laporte, where Mr. Loetz is engaged in business. The hosts of friends_. and acquaintances of the young people both in Laporte and irf this city extend to them their heartiest congratulations.
