RUSSELL BROWN(Grosjean Photo)Mar jean Larson Becomes Bride of Russell Brown At Idaho Falls Temple Ceremony on Sept. 2.Marjean Larson became the bride of Russell Brown in LDS Temple rites performed at IdahoFalls, Friday, Sept. 2.The 4:30 p.m. ceremony was performed by Elder Francis M Davis. Witnesses were Earl Larson and Noel Allred.Other members of the wedding party were Mr. and Mrs. Charles Stoker, grandparents of the bride, Mr. and Mrs. G. W. Brown, parents of the bridegroom. Mrs. Fern Weber and Mrs. Dee Hokanson of Freedom, Mrs. Gus Larson and Mr. and Mrs. Earl Larson of Grover and Mr. and Mrs. Lorenzo Walker of Afton.The lovely bride was charming in a two piece ballerina length wedding dress of white nylon lace over satin, styled with a sleeveless fitted bodice and deeolette neckline complemented with a lace bolero with Queen Anne collar and long sleeves which tapered to petal points over the wrists. The full skirt was enhanced with four tiers of lace ruffles and her finger tip veil cascaded from a Juliet cap trimmed with tiny seed pearls. She wore white kid pumps and carried an arm bouquet of pink roses.When the couple left on ahoneymoon to points in Utah and Idaho, the bride wore a white suit with pink accessories and a j corsage of pink roses.. Upon their* return the young couple were honored at a wedding dinner at j the home of the bride’s grand-1 parents, Mr and Mrs. Charles j stoker with whom she has made j her home. Twenty-four relatives were guests at the dinner including a great aunt and uncle of the bride, Mr. and Mrs. Parley East! of Ogden.The bride is the daughter of! Mr. and Mrs. Don Larson. She I graduated from Star Valley High School, Class of ’55.Mr Brown is a son of Mr and * Mrs. G. W. Brown, and graduated from Star Valley High in 1953 and is currently employed at the Star Valley Swiss Cheese Co. in Thayne.The young couple plan to enroll at the Utah State Agricultural College in Logan this fall. Mrs. Brown expects to use the $1,500 scholarship she won in the Betty Crocker Homemaker’s contest last spring.
