Fernald-Shirley betrothedMr. and Mrs. Allen F. Fer-nald of Alamogordo have announced the approaching marriage of their daughter, De Ann K. to William ScottShirley, son of Mr. and Mrs. William W. Shirley of Eckert, Colo. The ceremony has been set for Sept. 28 at 4 p.m. at Grace United Methodist Church. Milton C. Chester willofficiate the ceremony.The prospective bride is a 1985 graduate of Alamogordo Senior High School. She has four brothers: David, Donald, and Doug Fernald, all of Alamogordo and Daniel Fernald of Soccoro. She is thegrand-daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Eugen Fernald of Florida.Shirley is a 1984 graduate of Cedaridge High School in Cedaridge, Colo.
