Book 3168, Page 6, fo* breach of the condition or said mortgage and for the purpose of foreclosing the same, will be sold at public auction upon the premises below described, at eleven o'clock A. M, on Friday, the third day of October, A. D.. 1941, all and singular the premises described In said mortgage, to wit — thr land in and Newburyport, lt;Commonwealth of Massachusetts) with the buildings thereon, bounded and described as follows, viz.— Corfimenclng at the Easterly comer thereof at the Junction of Water and Bromfleld Streets, thence running Northwesterly by said Water Street fifty-two feet, more or less, to land now or formerly of Kalman, thence Southwesterly by said land now or formerly of Kalman, fifty-eight feet, more or less, to laiid now or formerly of Peabody, thence Southeasterly by said land now or formerly of Peabody twenty-two feet, three inches, to land now or formerly of Peabody aforesaid, thence Northeasterly by the last mentioned tahd five Teet, three inches, to a comer, thence Southeasterly by said land now or formerly of Peabody thirty-four feet, ten inches, more or less, to said Brom-field Street; thence Northeasterly by said Bromfleld Street, forty-nine feet to said Water Street and the point begun at Being the same premises conveyed to the grantors (Chichia F. 8alvatore and Fannie Salvatore) by the grantee (Newburyport Co-operative Bank) by deed of even date (November 21, 1938) to be recorded herewith (with said mortgage) Including as part of the realty all portable or sectional buildings at any time placed upon said premises and all furnaces, heaters, plumbing, gas and electric fixtures, screens, mantels, shades, screen doors, storm doors and windows, oil burners and gas heaters connected with and used for heating the buildings on thre (the) premises, and all other fixtures of the foregoing kind and nature at preesnt or hereafter in-1 stalled in or on the granted premises in any manner which renders such articles usable in connection therewith so far as the same are or can by agreement of parties, be made a part of the realty.’* The sale will be subject to all unpaid taxes, tax titles, municipal liens and assessments, if any.
