NOTICE OF ADMINISTRATORS SALE OF REAL ESTATEBy virtue of an order and decree of the County Court of Franklin County, made on the petition of me undersigned, Clyde Bowling, Administrator oi the Estate of Delia Browning, Deceased for leave to cell the real estate of said deceased at the September Term, 1939, of said Couit, towit: on the 11th day of September, 1939 on the 7th day of October, 1939 next, between the hours of 10 o’clock in the forenoon and 5 o’clock in the afternoon, of said day sell at Public Sale at 4 o’clock P. M. at 703 South Mulkey Street, Christopher, Illinois, known as the Delia Browning place in said county, the real estate described asfollows, to-wit:Ihe Southeast One-fourth (*4) of lot No. 13 (13), Browning and Jones Second Addition to the City of Christopher, in Franklin County, Illinois, on the following terms, towit: Cash in hand.
