Hish-Zirkelbach vows solemnized °Mr. and Mrs. David ZirkelbachMiss Renee Hish, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Earl Hish, and David Zirkelbach, son of Mr. and Mrs. Cletus Zirkelbach, were united in marriage on Saturday, July 14 at 3:30 in the afternoon. The candlelight ceremony was held at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Ridgway with Father Joseph Lawler officiating. Servers were Craig Abell and Thomas Wargel. Mrs. John Scherrer, organist, playedfavorite songs of the bride and groom before and during the ceremony.Given in marriage by her father, the bride chose a formal wedding gown of white lace and tulle. The fitted bodice was covered with tiny seed pearls and a full lace train fell from the waist. She wore a lace hat with a full length veil, and carried a silk bouquet of blue and white roses centered with a white orchid.The bride chose her sister, Lisa Harrawood, as her matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Amy Hish, sister; Lesa Drone, friend of the bride and Melody McGrew, cousin of the groom. The girls wore flowered floor length gowns with matching hats and carried wicker baskets filled with silk flowers.Miss Lori Hish, niece of the bride, served as flower girl. She was dressed identical to the bridesmaids.Mark Abell, friend of the groom, served as best man. Groomsmen were Kent Drone, Derwin Drone and A1 Drone, all friends of the groom. Jason Hish, nephew of the bride, served as ring bearer. He carried a white satin lace pillow with silk flowers. Ushers were Keith Farris, T. A. Her corsage was pink and white silk roses.The groom’s mother wore a blue pantsuit with blue and white silk rose corsage.The couple presented a red rose to each of their mothers and also placed a red rose on the altar of the blessed mother.Immediately following the ceremony, a reception and dance was held at the American Legion Hall. A luncheon was served to the guests with Dora Drone, Gini Drone and Willabea Mosby assisting. Jeanie Farris, Cathy Dardeen, Karla Spahr and Janice McGhee, friends of the bride, served the 4-tiered wedding cake, accented with flowers and a fountain. Collins Catering was in charge. Music for the dance was furnished by “Starburst.” Risters Studio was the photographer. Flowers and decorations were by Hish’s Flowers.A bridal shower was given by Lisa and Amy Hish, sisters, and Lesa Drone, friend.A wedding rehearsal dinner was given by the groom’s parents at the Crossraods Restaurant.The new bride is employed at the Village Boutique in Ridgway. The groom is employed at the Amax Coal Co. at Keens burg. The couple is residing in Ridgway.
