Her fiance attended Milwaukee School of Engineering and is employed as a project engineer at Jacobsen Mfg. Co.Two sophomore students at Wisconsin State University-Oshkosh, Mary Ellen Bogus and Douglas K. Clemens, plan to be married Aug. 7, 1971.The engagement announcement is being made by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Anthony D. Bogus, 3317 Standish Lane.The future bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Kevin Clemens, Prairie Du Sac, Wis.Miss Bogus intends to major in elementary education. Her fiance will be a psychology major.
