Secret a Month; ; Wed Auguat 12 ;m ■—News has Just leaked out of the mar- lt;rl|ge of Donald Helle and MIbs Geraldine McCtuem, botjh of Wyoming, ] which took place at Woodstock, if!., ( on Saturday, August 12, the ceremony ( being performed by the Rer. Mr. Mur- , ray of the Methodist church of that city, iThe world is a pretty small place after all, and one can hardly go any i place in which he is mot known. Last i week Mrs. A. E. Bodwell and son Marion made a motor trip to Wiscon- lt;sin, and on the trip they stopped in Woodstock to visit Mr. and Mrs. Orville Kerns and the latter’s mother, who are former residents of Wyoming. Mr. Kerns, in an offhand manner said, “Well, I see that Geraldine MeCluen was masTied.’' The Bodwells could not quite believe their ears and were not satisfied until Orville produced a paper showing that, the couple received a marriage license on August 12 and were married in that city on the same day.Mrs. Helle is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Harry MeCluen of Wyoming. She was born and reared here and was a member of the senior class of the Wyoming Community high school. The groom is a son of Mr. and Mrs. George Helle, and is employed at his father's sawmill in the west part of Wyoming. Both young people are well and favorably known, and each enjoys a wide circle of friendship. The best wishes otvall are extended to them as they start upon their new relationship.
