Wednesday, Sept. 15, as seen by Mrs. Barton Good, 2316 Mayo street. Awakened at 6:00 p. m. and hopefully scan the morning sky for rain clouds. Not to day Time to prepare a heart b reakfast for Baxton to give him a good start on another busy day selling gasoline. Breakfast delayed while Bar ton, has an early telephone chat with Dad, T. B. Good, about how to keep operating Coop er's First National bank's air conditioner and use less water. The first breakfast over time to start another one, for aughters, Sara and Mary. Mary is off to Wheeler school with Wanda Hollon for another day in Mrrs. Skelton's sixth grade room. I take Sara to the high school on my way to the post office. No letter from Barbara, a sophomore at Harding college. Searcy. Ark, but had a chat with Carson Gaylor and waved to Mrs. Tom Lafferty on her way to work at White's. 'A cheery good morning with Mr. Chapin, as I buy some dye to try my skill at dyeing pale green bedspreads 2 deep, pea cock blue, and white curtains a soft peach. They came out just fine, but hope Barbara can keep the same color room in the dorm next year. Visited a few minutes with Mrs. 5. H. Whitley, our neigh bor across the street. She is feeling better after not being so well. Now to catch up with ne glected household duties, due to a company auditor visiting us the past two days. Yapa prow
