Ore., and William Russell Frazer, son of Mr and Mrs William R Frazer, were married in a double-ring ceremony at St. Anthony's Catholic Church Given in marriage b\ her hither. the bride wore a floor-leagth Empire gown of silk organza with appliques accenting the bodice, sleeves, skirt hem and chapel train \ crown of matching appliques held her illusion veil. She carried a cascade of roses, stephanotis and ivy.Mrs Bradford Burns of Oxnard was matron of honor and bridesmaids were the Misses .Ioann Andrade and Patricia Frazer, both of Oxnard. They wore floor-ldgth Empire gowns of lavender and pale pink linen. They carried nosegays of pink carnations and lavender asters Jim Frazer of Oxnard was best man and Daniel Roarty and Bradford Burns, both of Oxnard, were ushers A reception followed at the home of the bride The bride is a graduate of Queen of Angels School o f Nursing and Frazer graduated from St John s College.
