DORREL CHARLES SHOVAR—Fredric photoShovar-Kopach Wedding In St. Andrew's ChurchPink and while gladioli graced the altar for the marriage of Helen Stella Kopach, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William Kopach, of McBride, to Dorrel Charles Shovar, son of Mr. and Mrs. D. T. Shovar, also of McBride.The ceremony was performed by Rev. Newton Steacy in St. Andrew's United Church.given in marriage Paul, chose a beige dress of chlffon-over-taf-feta, with which she wore a pink feather hat and pink gloves.She carried a white Bible with pink carnations. Her pearl necklace and earrings were the., .gift of the groom.Miss Jean Kolida attended the bride, wearing an afternoon dress of yellow organza with white feather hat and white accessories. She carried a borjueL of white “mums.”■v, Frank McKinnon was best man and ushers were Willard Bentley and Barry Amies.A reception for .‘10 guests was held at the South Fort George Fire Hall.Mrs. Kopach wore a gown of mauve printed silk with white accessories and Mrs. Shovar chose an avocado green, wool-crepe sheath dress with beige accessories. Both had corsages of white gardenias.The four-tier wedding cake centred the bride’s table. Bouquets of summer blossoms and pink and white tapers were arranged on either side.Serviteurs were Mrs. Cornelius Reimer, who served the bride’s table, and Mrs. D. Wyatt.Toast to the bride was proposed by Corneliu* Roimor.The young couple will make their home at 70(5 Irwin.Out-of-town guests attending the wedding were Mrs. William Kopach and Billy, Mr. and Mrs. Paul Kopach, and Mr. and Mrs. D. T. Shovar, all of McBride.
