Music was t presented by Mrs Henry McCorkle v of Montgomery, soloist, arrnmpa- I nied hy Mlsa Estelle Rountree of *Seim* 1The colonial reception rooms were decorated with pale pink gladioli, pink asters, and blue delphiniums and were lighted by pink candles in seven-branched cande-labara The bridal party entered impressively from the main stairway, which was accented by greenery and ptnk satin ribbon interspersed with lighted tapers The ceremony was performed before an improvised altar in the north parlor.Matron of honor was Mrs James Hugh Brennan, Jr, of Dothan, sister of the bride Bridesmaids were Mr* Horace Williamson, Jr.,; of Anniston, sister of the bridegroom. Miss Mary Frances Caney of Talladega. Miss Jane McKenzie of Albertville, and Miss Ruth Mellon of Inverness, Miss.The bride's attendants wore identical ballerina length dresses of pale blue nylon marquisette over taffeta, with matching gauntlets and heart shaped bonne's They carried colonial bouquets of Vanity Fair roses and blue delphiniums. Mrs. Brennan's gown was a slightly deeper shade of blueand her flowert • slightly deeper pink.Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore a traditional bridal gown of ice blue Empress satin with a paneled cathedral train. The basque bodice featured a bertha embroidered in iridescent sequins, bugle beads, and seedpearls, dropped from a deep nylon marquisete yoke. The headdress was a pointed tiara crusted with seed pearls and embroidery, clasping a fingertip veil of imported ice blue illusion. She wore a single strand of pearls, a gift of the groom, and carried a colonial type bouquet of gardenias. VanBy Fair roses, and stephanolis, Entered with a white orchid.Fred Boyd Bryant served his son as best man. Groomsmen were Horace P. Williamson, Jr., of Anniston, James Dunaway of Orrville, David L Stanley of Anniston, and Joseph S. James, Jr, of Asheville, N. C.IA reception followed the ceremony. The bride's table was covered with paie blue organdy over blue satin caught at the corners with rosettes of pink ribbon, and j lt;decorated with pluinosus tern and ,Vanity Fair roses. The tiered wed- j ] ding cake was embossed w ith spun , sugar roses and lilies of the valley.Following a wedding trip to | ] Washington, the newlyweds will be at home at 221 B Marshall Street,Princeton, N. J., where the bridegroom has a Textile Research Institute fellowship at Princeton U., working toward his Ph.
