A dinner party was hosted byMrs. McKenzie’s parents at their home.Retirees will meetCUMBERLAND — The PPG Retirees will hold a breakfast meeting Tuesday, Sept. 19, at 9 a.m. at Mason’s Barn.Almost eight of 10 American men and women said in a recent survey that they would sacrifice rapid career advancement in order to spend more time with their families.The couple was wed Sept. 5, 1964, at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Lonaconing. The Rev. Frederick Duke was the officiating clergyman.Mrs. McKenzie, the former Pauline I. Brant, is the daughter of Leroy and Mary Brant, Lonaconing. She is employed with Fidelity Bank, Frostburg. Mr. McKenzie is the son of Murrell C. and Edna McKenzie. He has been a self-employed truck driver for 20 years.Mr. and Mrs. McKenzie are the parents of four daughters; Miss Debbie McKenzie, Mrs. Tammy Crawford, Mrs. Linda Twigg and Miss Stefanie McKenzie.Members of the family presented the couple with gifts to celebrate the occasion.
