Bunker- W ashom Vows RepeatedMary Star of the Sea Church in Oxnard was the setting for the afternoon Nuptial Mass and double-ring seremony which united the former Deborah Carol Washom, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Don C. Washom of Port Hueneme, and Gerald E. Bunker, son of Mr. and Mrs. Chester Bunker of Endicott, N. Y. The Rev. Joseph De Bal officiated.A 1969 alumna of Hueneme High School, the bride attended Ventura College for two years. Her bridegroom served with the U.S. State Department, Foreign Service, in Frankfurt, Germany, and then attended the University of Arizona in Tucson. He was in the Army for three years. Both are now juniors at Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff.Escorted to the altar by her father, the bride wore a full-length organza gown with ruffles on the long, full sleeves, neckline and hem. A Juliet cap of lace and seed pearls caught her train-length veil. She carried daisies, yellow roses, stephanotis andbaby’s breath.Miss Marjean Nielsen of Los Alamitos was maid of honor, and serving as bridesmaids were Mrs. Darrell Washom of Tampa, Fla., and, the Misses Joan Hot-tendorf and Lynn Sneden, both of Oxnard.Their long blue and white gowns were ac* cented at the square necklines and on the sleeves with white crocheted lace. They also wore white wide-brimmed straw hats and carried baskets of baby’s breath, daisies, pink carnations and blue com flowers.Terrance Ruddick, who is with the U. S. Embassy in Saigon, was best man. Seating guests were Darrell Washom, Tampa; Reg Spittle, Oxnard, and James Bunker,Malvern, Pa.The couple greeted guests at a reception held at the home of the bride’s parents. Assisting were the Mmes.
