The bride vis the Crown Hill young woman tried and acquitted in the* last winter term of intermediate courton a grand jury indictment chargingher with the slaying of Mike Waldron, j the ball player previously acquitted In the court at the* killing of her brother. Both killings took place at Hansford,: where Waldron was proprietor of aThe shooting of young Weaver took I place in Waldron's poolroom, and Wald-j ron in the trial of hie case made a sue ] cessful plea to the jury of self defenseThe verdict weighed on the mind of the !sister that she armed herself with a revolver and when she visited Hansford a few weeks later and saw her brother's slayer sitting in front of a restaurant hear his poolroom, she opened fire ontrj him and killed Jiifn.
