Wedding-ton, exchanged wedding, vows June 26 in First Christian Church.Sherman Kirkpatrick readthe marriage rites in the presence of some 75 guests.The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore a traditional white floor-length gown and carried a bouquet of roses.Miss Roberta Creek was maid of honor and the bridesmaids were Miss Linda Chambers and Miss Judy Niday.Richard Wenzl served the groom as best man and Charles A. Mick and Bob Shriner were ushers. Dr. D.R. Weddington and Eugene U. Anderson were attendants.Miss Teresa Weddington was the flower girl and Russell Weddington was the ring bearer.Following the wedding, Dr. and Mrs. D.B. Wed Lngtonwere hosts at a reception in honor of the newly married couple.The couple will make their home in Omaha, Nebraska.The bride attended Wymote High School and was employed in Lincoln at the time of her marriage. The bridegroom, a former student of Canyon Pub*lic schools, attended Creighton University in Omaha and is employed as ctffice manager by Radio Engineering Institute.Mrs. Naomi Weddington of Amarillo is mother of the bridegroom. He is the grandson of Mrs. E.C. Hawes.
