TWO “JESSE JAMES” COMPANIES “SHOOT” IN PINEVILLE AREABY A STAFF CORKESFONDI5WT.Pineville, Mo., Sept. 16. — Two Twentieth Century-Fox “Jesse James” companies went on location in this area today. One, the original company directed by Henry King, continued the filming of scenes at a huge cave near the Crag-o-Lea resort north of here.The other, under the direction of Otto Brower, was in the vicinity of Southwest City filming “running shots” to be used in connection with an important train robbery scene. Brower was sent here from the west coast to direct the filming of background shots for the picture.At the cave, which represents a bandit hideout, principals on hand included Tyrone Power, as Jesse James; Henry Fqnda, as Frank James, and Nancy Kelly, as Zee, Jesse’s sweetheart.Last night a majority of the stars attended a movie at the Noel theater in which Donald Meek, veteran character actor on location here, had an important role. The previous night, members of the company saw another show in which Henry Hull, also on location here, played one of the leading parts.
